Change the phone number for bill notifications via text message


Does any one know how to change the phone number at which one receives the bill notifications texts? I know I should be able to do it through Self-Serve but when I get to the tab for "Change E-bill notifications" it does not give me any options. In theory I should be able to have up to three phone numbers where I can receive these notifications but there's no way to change it. 
Any help?

SMS bill notifications can only be sent to a Koodo number on the same account. The only way to add a number would be to add another line.

If both numbers are on the same account( one bill), then you should see both numbers through self serve.

Yes I know it "should" be as you say. However, as I have discovered as have others in this thread, that is not the case. Is Koodo going to fix this system?

Do you receive one bill for 2 lines? 
Do you see both numbers and plans on overview page?

Both numbers are on the overview page, only one appears on the notification page.

You are going to have to call Koodo to have a rep fix this. *611 from your mobile phone.
Both numbers are on the same account.
