Change email


When I bought a sim card, I mistakenly indicated the wrong email. I can not log into my account. My number is ***. how do I fix email?

Quickest way is to send Koodo a private message on Facebook, they can sort out your email. Or try to log in with the "wrong" address, if you know the password, and you can probably change it yourself.

I dont think you can change your login email yourself in selfserve
