Certified Pre-Owned Phones?

Userlevel 4
Looking to buy a Certified Pre-Owned phone which is only available online. I understand what
"certified pre-owned" means, a phone that was used and for whatever reason, was returned with in 15 days. Since I'm buying a phone without seeing it, what are the chances that I will receive a phone with minor imperfections, ie: scratches, small dents, etc?

As far as I know. They are phones that were DOA and were repaired and now for sale again. But I'm sure there are some that were returned within the 15 days. If u get one that is damaged or scratched beyond what ur comfortable with. You can always return it for a different one.

They are not DOA (dead on arrival). As Jay mentioned it they are open box items, returns, that are fully refreshed and come with full warranty. Very low chance Jay that you would damage at all on them.

As far as I know, the return policy applies to all phones purchased through Koodo, so I'd say that you're covered if you're unhappy with the condition of your device.

You could buy a Certified Pre-Owned phone from Koodo shop too.( I have done that twice)
You have to call stores and ask them what phones are available as a Certified Pre-Owned phone.
Their stock level is vary each store, so you might find a one you want near you.

I've bought a couple preowned phones from Koodo before and they've always looked brand new with not a single mark on them. In all reality they are usually better than new because they've been gone over with a fine tooth comb to make sure everything works where a new phone is assembled and pretty much as long as it powers on its sent out. Have no fear in buying preowned
