Cellular Data and MMS messaging not working - Nexus 5

I'm having an issue with my Nexus 5 as my Cellular Data suddenly stopped working. I have been using the phone for a couple months on the Koodo network and all was well until about 2 weeks ago MMS messaging (through both Messenger and Hangouts) stopped working and now cellular data altogether. I tried the solutions offered here: http://mobilemasters.koodomobile.com/the-comprehensive-guide-for-bringing-your-unlocked-device-to-ko... by adding the MMS and Data APN Details but it doesn't seem to be working.
Has anyone else run into these issues? Are they Koodo network related or are they related to new updates from Android?

Can you make phone calls?
Yes it is just Data and MMS that are not working. Phone, SMS and WIFI are all working. Thanks

Check that your mobile network setting is not set to 2g or gsm only Also make sure data in enabled on the device in settings and make sure you didn't accidentally put a data block on your account by logging into your self serve account and check long under plans and add on's. Also make sure that you haven't hit the $50 data overage limit on your account, if you have you should have recieved a text that you have to accept the terms of to continue with data.

Also under data usage, make sure you didn't accidentally turn on a data limit.

Hey T.J! Did Paul and Chad's suggestions help? Keep us posted!
Hi Anna, Paul and Chad, Thanks for all your assistance in this. Looks like cell data is back working although I have not made any adjustments and my data limit wasn't even close to being reached. I still don't know what happened or why unfortunately. But its working so no need to waste anymore of your time. MMS is still not working in either the Messenger or Hangouts app and looking online I don't know if this is a Koodo issue or an app update issue. I have a large data plan and should be able to send/receive MMS but it does not work. Please let me know if you are able to help, I've attached a screenshot from Google Messenger showing the error. This occurs on WIFI or cell data.

Hey T.J! I would definitely suggest giving a call to our tech department at 1-866-995-6636 option 6 from a device other than your phone if possible! If the MMS issue is due to the recent update, they'll be able to send a ticket, which will hopefully get it fixed ASAP 🙂
