cant send pic msg after reset?

i just did a reset of my samsungS3 last night. i got everything up and working...getting the koodo to work was a bit of a pain but finally got the data working. but it still wont send picture messages. any idea why?

Hi Judy, Make sure your APN settings are correct by following instructions on the following link: http://help.koodomobile.com/plans-add-ons-data-and-other-services/data-basics/how-do-i-setup-data-on-my-non-koodo-phone If everything is correct, make sure your data is turned on. If it is and your still getting issues, turn the phone off, pull out the battery and remove the SIM card and let it sit for a few minutes. After that, reassemble the phone and turn it on. By now it should work. If not, give Koodo a call from another phone using the number: 1 (866) 995-6636. Hope this helps!
