I registered with the wrong email address (not a valid address). When I log into to self serve using the incorrect mail address to update it, it sends an email to the invalid address for me to validate. How the heck can I change it to the correct email address? I can't seem to be able to contact a Koodo rep at all.

Hi Julian, you'll have to contact Koodo to have this fixed since you can access that wrong email address it was setup with. You can send Koodo a private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and further assist you on this matter.
