Am a new member of the Koodo community and recently (this past thursday) activated a new prepaid account here in Montreal with a Huawei Nova Plus. I had no issues during online activation of the SIM and purchased both minute and data boosters to go along with my plan. I received a verification email a few hours later and clicked on the link successfully. However, when i try to login to my self serve account is says ''login failed. please try again.'' This occurred immediately after i verified my email, and continues to this day. When i try resetting my password it says ''We're unable to verify your email.'' So far, my new phone number works (both for voice calls and texts), but am unable to use my data. When i re-click on the link from the verification email I received, it says ''email already verified.'' I tried logging in with all the major browsers with no change in the result. Any help would be appreciated.
