Cannot connect to data

Hi, I just changed my plan to have data but my phone will not connect. I followed the instructions for the androit device and it still does not work. The data is enabled so I really do not know what is wrong. Can you please tell me what to do?

Did you have a data block added to your account before? If so you need to go to add-ons in self serve and remove the data block
