You need to enable roaming before you can use your Koodo phone oversea. If you didn't enable roaming, you can use other number to call them (with international long distance rate) at 1 (866) 995-6636 or 1.647 788 4337
Anyway, if you wanted to cancel oversea, the quickest way is to connect to them via social media facebook/twitter. Send message to their facebook https://www.facebook.com/Koodo or twitter https://twitter.com/koodo.
