Cancelation of second line

This is the most frustrating experience....for the past 3 days I've been trying to get a call back from a live rep....no luck there....I just want to cancel one of my lines!! Please help

Unfortunately it's gotta be from a call in. You can try to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or DM via Twitter explaining that you haven't been getting call backs for three days and want to cancel immediately and see I'd they can for that reason.

You can purchase a Bell prepaid SIM card and port the number to their $5 plan. Because it’s prepaid you don’t have to do anything after that, it will just expire if you stop paying.

How are you having no luck? Are you able to get to the schedule screen? Or are they just not calling you when they are suppose to?
