cancel upgrade

I just purchased an upgrade online, but I'm wondering if I'm able to cancel and be refunded or if it's too late??

What did you upgrade? A new plan? A phone on tab? The phone you have 30 days. The plan? You'd have to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it reversed right away and I don't know about a refund you'd have to also ask.
