Hey collette. You will have to contact Koodo via phone to cancel. What's going on with your phone, anything I can do to help?
i cant use the phone at all. i have constantly no service and if i do manage to get a call through the other person cant hear me or it cuts out a bunch so i suspended the service because i just want to pay it off and be done with it. i would have to borrow someone elses phone to even be able to call in and that itself is a hassel i would rather not have to deal with. do you guys not have a service for deaf people or something to chat online instead of over the phone?

You can try sending Koodo a direct message through Facebook or Twitter but for cancellations you'd normally need to speak with someone. If it's been less that 15 days you can simply return it to the place of purchase for a refund (as long as you haven't gone over the use thresholds). If you got the phone from. The webstore, you'll need to send them an email to get the return process started.

Just curious as to why you would not have the phone repaired or replaced? Seem the easier route than cancelling and discarding it.
Try putting your sim card to another phone to see whether your phone is broken or its a network issue. If the problem exist on more than one phone then the network is less than ideal in your area and you should switch to another carrier. The last thing you want is using the same (broken) phone and nothing works in all carriers. I personally would try to locate the problem first before consider cancelling.

If you do not wish (or cannot) reach anyone in Koodo to cancel, you can simply port your number to another carrier. Your final bill will include any tab balance owing.

This is indeed the best method of cancelation as you get to keep your existing number.
