can't use Internet on WiFi or data

My bf had gotten a replacement phone a few weeks ago but in the last few days he hasn't not been able to use his Internet on WiFi or use his own data. says to check his connection.

Have you tried restarting the phone? Just turn off the phone for a few seconds and turn it back on. Once turned on, the phone will search for network. If that doesn't work, just call customer service to check the signal and set the settings of the phone with the Koodo network. You can also check the Access Point Names (APN) settings by following these steps:
  • Tap Settings.
  • Tap Wireless & Networks.
  • Tap Mobile Networks.
  • Tap Access Point Names.
Make sure that you see it like this: 
Name              Koodo
APN                sp.koodo.com
MMSC            http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/koodo/mmsc
MMSC proxy
MMS port        80
MCC               302
MNC               220
The rest should be left blank
