Can't see my bill online (self-serve)


The bill page seems buggy: there is no bill there.

Is this a bug? Am I missing something? Thanks!

What happens when you click the Self Serve menu?  Are you actually logged in?

So yes, I am indeed logged in.

One more weird thing I just noticed: when I go to "My Profile" (https://www.koodomobile.com/my-account/profile/select?INTCMP=KMNew_BtmLnk_MyProfiles), I get the following page:



Nothing more... There might be a problem with my account.

    @Vincent, looks like you have been a customer of ours before with another account. You cancelled that about a year ago. Than you activated an account earlier this year, however never set up self serve by validating the email link we sent you. Your login is now picking up the deactivated account hence the mysterious pages. Send us a facebook private message and we will fix it for you. 
    Thanks to all, the problem is now fixed.

    @Bernard You are right, I found the email, linked my account to my new phone number, and everything is now working. Thanks.

    What exactly happened? The thread is 5 months old. Your problem could be different.

    @ Shazad, you are trying to log in to an old, inactive account of yours. Your new line doesn't have self serve set up. Can you pls go ahead and try to register with your new account number?
