can't make calls or send texts


I was told by Koodo that they would resume my SIM Card between 3-5 days. However, it's been over a week and it's still not letting me make calls or send texts. And for that reason I can't call Koodo to talk to them.

Is your phone connected to their network? How many bars of strength, if any, do you see on top of your phones's screen? Was your account suspended because of an outstanding bill? Or maybe your SIM is damaged.
It was because of an outstanding bill but after I paid it they said it will be activated. Yeah there is signall sstrength. But it says SIM card is not registered on the network when I try and send something. Wifi works fine.

If you have signal bars then your account is up and running. Which tells me that your SIM maybe damaged. Take it out an put it back. See if it helps, if not you might need a new SIM

Sorry did you just pay the bill or did you pay the bill and call in to pay the reactivation fee and get them to reactivate it?
