I just signed up with Koodo, and I've been having issues with Self-Serve. Got the common issue of the redirecting loop after creating my account, but managed to sign in ONCE by resetting my password (where I was just able to see my profile), and it stopped working again.
But now I'm browsing the forum and it says we're supposed to receive a text message after signing up with Self-Serve, but I never got one? So did I hallucinate having an account or what?
(Also where should I go when I call *611? There are so many options but I don't hear anything about website issues. I don't want to waste their time (and mine)...)

Based on what you posted Anna here is what likely happened. At time of purchase we asked for an email address and should have been told that a validation email was going to be sent there to confirm your self serve registration. Looks like you started a registration again with a different email address this time. This created a conflict as it didn't match the email address you have originally given us. Hence the limited view of your account. Your self serve account will have to be reset and you likely will have to call in. Just select the option that talks about account related question when you dial 611.View original
