can't get data


I just got a new phone that is used and set up a new sim card and everything seems to be working except I don't seem to have any data. Does anyone know why this might be?

Same here. Just switched my phone from Wind to Koodo today. Phone and sms work but no data.

Model of phone would help. Do we presume you can do calls and texting without issue? Is it pre-paid or on a monthly plan? Did you get the phone new from Koodo or is it a used phone from another carrier with a new Koodo SIM?

That's rather misleading as most, if not all phones sold by Wind in the past 2 years are compatible with Koodo.

Then Koodo should drop it from their site. Still waiting for OP to clarify. Next step would have been APN which Phil routed out for himself.
