Can't contact Rep or Rep contact me


Today, about 4 reps tried to contact me but they went to voicemail right away. I texted them the problem but I have no results and no solutions. I'm not happy with not being able to be helped when/if I need it.

Try again with asking for a callback through the assistant. You can also get help by messaging them on Facebook or Twitter.

Was your phone accidentally put on "do not disturb mode"? Are you a prepaid customer or postpaid.?

You could also send messages to their Facebook.(links at the bottom of this forum).

Also make sure you didn't block the Koodo 1866.. number in your phone. I would check your block list, just in case.
