Hello Judith,

Have you added the free international roaming package from self serve?

You need to have pay per use international long distance and international voice roaming on to connect roaming. If you want data, you will also need international data roaming on. You can do this in self-serve. You can also do the same for roaming packages. Once that's done your phone should connect to a roaming partner, although I'd personally suggest having your phone unlocked and using a local sim, such as from Lycamobile.

So you're saying the roaming add-ons have been turned on. Ok now try going into manual network selection, wait 1-2 minutes for the list to populate, and se eif you can connect like that. Also, what phone do you have?
Samsung s7..I don't require data so I didn't turn that on

Here's how to add the free international roaming packages. There's two of them :

Connect to sell serve and go to your add-ons

Click to change the add-ons

Search for 1) International Voice Roaming and 2) International Data Roaming

I don't require roaming just want to be able to call if I have to
