can't confirm my account!!!


hey, so i did an account two hours ago and I'm still waiting for the confirmation e-mail, i checked the junk box it's not there plus i tried the " forgot password" but also i didn't get any e-mails related!!! how do i confirm my account so i can access it?

Okay, the quickest and easiest way to resolve is to dial 611 from your phone and have Koodo help you sort it.

 i actually called 611 and they said they had my e-mail misspelled and in couple of hours it will be fixed, thank you though :)

Ok, I see it now. Looks like the person at activation missed the 'o' from .com. 😞 It's in the process of being fixed and a new validation link will be sent to the proper email address.
