I signed up for a new Koodo service last week. I received an email to complete the self-service registration, but it always leads me to an error page.
1. Getting the registration email resent to me
2. Manually registering an account on Koodo's website (it, in turn, sends me the same email asking me to complete my registration, which in turn leads to the error page)
3. Using different browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer or Edge, Firefox)
4. Emailing support, but I've received no response
It seems like a lot of other users are having the same issue, but the trouble shooting that the staff provides never seems to help.
I need to complete this to receive my billing, which I was supposed to receive this week.
