Can't change to the new plans


I'm trying to change my plan to the newer plans with the bonus gigabyte but it won't allow to switch to it. Other than my 45$ plan, my only option is to switch to the 90$+ plans. Kinda frustrating as the limited offer plans would suit me way better

Surprising because it worked like a breeze for me. This is eventually one of those cases that requires a call to 611
Yeah I figured so. I'm wondering if it's for New Brunswick also. It had mentioned that in one of the errors when i tried to do it

Do you have any tab left from old tab system? If so, you have to pay off your tab first before you change your plan to a new plan.
I started my tab around may just before this summer. Have they hanged systems since then?

Then, you are on the new system. 
And you mentioned your only option is to switch to the 90$+ plans, so it could be a system glitch.
Try clearing browsing history and log into self serve again.
If you still have issues, call Koodo as Tiz said.
I just had this problem too, so I called 611 and they were able to set me up.  The rep actually had an even better plan for me when I called.

Hey Merle! Are you on the Tab Large/Plus http://koo.do/2aWejoL by any chance? If so, you would need to pay off your Tab first in order to benefit of this promotional plan since it's not a Tab Large/Plus plan.  Keep us posted!

Op mentioned she has $45 plan, so I'm assuming she has regular plan
