Can't Change Plans


why am i paying 40 bucks for 200 minutes and unlimited texts with 200mb data when there is a plan from koodo for 30 bucks and 300 minutes and unlimited texts and 300mb data....it wont let me change it.

If you want to change to one of the new plans on the website, you have to call in and do it. *611 from your Koodo phone. However, if you have an existing tan is must be paid off (will be billed on your next bill).
I have a positive tab, everything is payed off, and i tried changing it online which did not work. i guess i will have to call in. Thanks.

Yeah even if its already paid off and in the positive, you need to call in to change from an old plan to new one. Once you do, you won't have to again to change plans and you'll be able to do it right from seld-serve

Also make sure it's a plan that's offered in your province that your looking at wanting.
