Looks as though your voicemail service may not have been set up correctly. The *#61# code should display your voicemail access number. Several options. You can schedule a callback using Koodo Assist. Enter #socialtech in the chat dialogue box to get to the “schedule a callback” window, quicker. Ask to have your voicemail service reset
Other options; you can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or a direct message via Twitter and ask to have your voicemail service reset.
