I've got a three part problem, so getting really frustrated. I'm trying to buy my kids new phones for XMas, and saw that Koodo has an offer on the Moto X Play where I get 150 dollar Visa card when you purchase - but online only. Great! So off I go to the site to buy them. I get logged in, select the phone (but I can't specify two), and it asks me if I want to transfer an existing line - I do, but not until after XMas, so not sure what to do - then it asks me to login again - weird. Click on login - site crashes with the message "he website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.".
Tried calling the web store support and they're not open. At 11:30 on a weekday Toronto time. Seriously?
So to reiterate
1. Can't seem to get the 150.gift card to sort itself out when I try to buy the two phones. Can't select more than one phone. Can't seem to get the webstore to unselect the option to buy a sim as well - the kids already have them.
2. Store crashes.
3. No support to help me resolve this.
