can't access voice mail

I went to access my voice mail and its asking for a a password. No matter what I enter it's invalid. This is ridiculous because I just accessed it yesterday and now I'm being asked for a password? Seriously?

I am not sure what happened. However, you can always change your voicemail password in selfserve.

Hello Mathew, You might've somehow setup the password accidentally and did not notice the first time you called, since you actually Require a Pin to access your voicemail.. but don't worry!

Try Changing Your Voicemail Password With These Steps!

1. Log into self serve 
2. Click On "Mobile Services"
3. Scroll Down Until You See "[b]Voicemail"
4. Click On Reset Password To The Right!
