Can't access base plan features!

Recently bought $25 dollar base plan with unlimited text, picture, and local 7 pm calling. Its been almost a month now, and I don't know why I still can't access these features. Someone please help? Thankyou!

Hey Corrine! Did you activate your prepaid account online https://activateprepaid.koodomobile.com/ after you purchased the SIM card? I tried searching for an account using the email address you used to sign up for the Community, but i'm not able to find anything.  Let us know!
