Can not place or receive calls on Android

Hi,
I switched from an iphone to an Android.
According to Koodo's website the new phone is compatible, but I can not place or receive any calls anymore. It's a Doogee S60 Lite. Does anyone know what I can do to make it work?
Thanks Pilieh

Did you try willmyphonework.net to see? From.what I can see the lite variant doesn't have the right 3G bands. Are you sure your emotions confusing he regular s60 when you look?

According to the site below the lite version wont work with Koodo.

This is what's needed to work with Koodo.

I put the IMEI on the Koodo website to check for compatibility. Should not confuse anything that way.
I tried that website but it does not list my model

I also looked at the kimovil.com website ... I actually get 4G although it says there I shouldn't be able to. Confusing...

Oh right you enter IMEI to check from Koodo. I'm really surprised that it said that it's compatible. Did it say fully compatible? Kimovil.com that Mats listed says it's not compatible. Doogee.cc has matching info as well. The lite version just won't work with any carrier really in Canada.
Hi Goran, I get 4G for some reason...I will check with Rogers/Fido. Though I don't think I have coverage where I live with them...or I get used to not receiving calls anymore. I could always call over Whatsapp I guess

oh, and it says on Koodo "your device should work on our network"
