Can not login to Self Serve or Call 611 to Top Up Account.

I have tried several times to login to my self serve account and it is saying that my email and username do not exist with Koodo and I really need my phone to make an important phone call but am unable to cause I need to add more minutes. I cannot add minutes because it won't let me access my account. Really annoyed here, this isn't the first time this has happened.

Very sorry to see that's happening. Have you tried your mobile to log in or another site?

If this doesn't work, I'd give Koodo a call and I'd mention that logging in the self serve doesn't work for you!

Yeah thanks, I realized there there was a small link to take me to self serve login, even though I thought that's where I was trying to log on originally but yeah was able to get on my account finally. Thanks for the quick reply!
