CAN NOT CONNECT TO RECENTLY PURCHASED PLAN


I am a new plan user. I am turning off WIFI on my android and turning on mobile data but I can not get connection! What am I doing wrong?

After that reboot the phone and data should work!
I think I did the APN settings correctly, all questions were answered as per the example. I have connection if I have WIFI on only, if I have mobile data on and WIFI off, I get a YOUR ARE OFFLINE message. Data roaming does not have to be on, correct? Other questions on the APN settings are "BEARER" saying unspecified, "MOBILE VIRTUAL NETWORK OPERATOR TYPE" saying GID, "APN PROTOCOL" saying IPv4. Also under network mode it says LTE/WCDMA/GSM (auto connect). And yes I did purchase the phone from Koodoo

I was just having the same problem and rebooting my phone solved it.
