It is totally possible!
okay is there any way to transfer unused minutes from my husband and daughter's account.  I use all of my 200 plus, plus, plus and they use very little of their 200 each.

No. That form of group plan is not offered by Koodo. You may want to research Telus' Share Plan offerings to see if they allow minutes to be pooled in addition to data.

But I can up my individual plan to say unlimited minutes and leave the other two at 200 minutes per month...correct?

Yes. The plans held within an account do not need to be identical, so you can choose plans to meet each user's needs, while enjoying free calling between users on the same account.
