can i get my money back because i found my phone have no singal


I bought a prepaid simcard with a base plan and boosters, when I active my phone, I found that there have no signal, can I return the simcard and get my money back?

I'm pretty sure, although if you used any of the booster somehow you may not get a full refund, I think. 15 day return policy is what they have. Question why you wouldnt have coverage. It maybe your phone not koodo's coverage.

This device is meant for the hong kong market and isn't compatible with koodo. If a koodo rep told you it was, I'd recommended returning to the store and speaking with the rep. A simple check of the specs would've shown this device isn't compatible. This is your responsibility when bringing your own device.

KOODO is LTE Band 4 FDD (1700) Hspa is bands 2 & 5 (850/1900)

This applies to the phone and not the vouchers which were used to fund the account.
