Can I access detailed text/call info (ie location) from current billing cycle? Or do I have to wait for my next bill .pdf?

Just wondering if I am able to see the origin or recipient location info, like I can on previous bills, on texts/calls received in current cycle.
Thanks for your time

You can see sent and received phone number info under Usage for current cycle.
Thanks Dennis, I was able to find that however, there is no location data like it shows up on the previous bill .pdf

Click on the entry to bring out more info. There should be a little arrow in the cost rectangle.

Tried with another browser to see if that was the problem. But still just shows the number and date. Not location, like previous bills.  Thanks though.

For calls I think it shows.  Not for texts though

Thats the screen I see too

To and From City Location
Oh wow, that's not what I'm looking it. I was going into Self Serve -> Usage -> Messaging. Maybe there's a different way?

So messaging does not have location, just phone numbers.  This screen shot is for Call details

The city reported in the phone was not always correct, I could choose a number from different city (same province) while I registered with Koodo.

I think the bill shows the "registered location" of the number, not the actual position of the caller.
Tracking location of the caller on the bill/online is not possible unless you have permission from law enforcement agencies, it could potentially violate the privacy of people.

The showed location on the bill is not credible. For example, my number's location was located in Koodo bill to a different city (50kms from my actual location).

Mine changes places depending on where I call from and all are accurate to where I was located at the time of the call...strange.

Landlines often have correct cites. However, I used my cell phone to call to people sitting next to me and Koodo bill reported it was called to a number in a different city.

When I used my cell to call another cell from Rogers/Fido, the reported city was also different.

Yea no, using my cell showed the correct city. Not sure what the case is or how they evaluate it. Oh Well!

You are not even talking about the same thing.

We are both talking about the locations displayed for calls in the usage charts?

It is late evening not morning now 🙂, and yes, I were  talking about the same thing.

I listed some of the examples to prove the point of unreliable location reporting by Koodo.

One of you is talking about your own location, the other one is talking about the other party's location.
Oh okay, that's helpful info too. Thanks

Thanks for all your help
