I set up a pre-authorized debit, and because I didn't pay my bill manually the first time, I was billed a late charge. I asked around here in the forum and people have all told me that the first one always has to be done manually. Yes, I learned it the hard way.
After the first month, on my second, I saw that the automatic payment kicked in because it was debited from my bank account, so ever since I didn't really pay attention whether the bill was getting paid on time.
Into the third month, I saw on Self serve that my bill wasn't paid until after its usual date. It usually gets paid on the 17th, so it should have been paid on that date but in fact, it had remained unpaid until the 30th when I paid it myself on Self serve. Three days later(today), I receive a new bill with a late charge.

I don't think I'm the only one who finds Koodo's payment system frustrating.
