Calls from the US

I noticed that I just got a 13 dollar charge for calling Indiana (I'm from Canada) but when the same person called me from that same number it didn't cost anything. Why did that happen?

Because outgoing calls to the USA aren't included in your plan. However as long as you're in Canada incoming calls are treated like local calls.

Koodo does offer add ons to allow flat rate or no additional charge calls to the USA or there are less expensive third party options like Skype2go
