Callback for 10gig for $60


I called on Monday, Dec 18th for the 10gigs for $60. They called me back after 45min of waiting. The woman I spoke with told me because of the volume of customers who wanted the plan were going to get a call back in 24-48 hours. She told me she filled out the form with my information on it and asked me what time of day is best. I asked if I was able to get the plan right then and there (having a feeling they would not call me back) but she said no. Well my gut was right because they never gave me a call back. So I called them today (Thursday, Dec 21), I spoke with another woman who told me that there was no note saying that the form was filled out for me and that the deal was gone. I got upset telling her the whole situation and now I have to wait for the Loyalty Department to call me back (if the even call me back) which can take up to 5 days. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years with no problems until now and I am extremely disappointed and I feel scammed.
