Call forwarding does not work for Prepaid maybe an Employee can fix this

This is False advertising on Koodo web site.

All base plans include5:

• Voicemail 106, Call Forwarding6, Call Display, Call Waiting, Conference Calling
• International text messages sent and received anywhere in Canada2

Called tech support he says it should work and they are not blocking this service.

But when I tried all the variations it did NOT.

He said he could do it from his end but everytime I want to change it is to call them, not practical.
