Hi Shannan,
It could be the problem of the caller, they might choose not to display their caller ID (Show my caller ID OFF).You could ask them to check.

All plans have call display. Call display just shows the number not the name of the entity unless they're in your contacts
I have checked, every caller no matter their settings will display "unknown". Therefore, I can't even see the actual number calling!

I have checked, every caller no matter their settings will display "unknown". Therefore, I can't ...Talked to Koodo and there's no issue on their end. I'm lost as to how it can be happening to 3 different devices and 2 different operating systems. I'll try and think of something but for now I'm not quiet sure. You're with koodo mobile correct?

Call display codes are listed here:

Type    [b]*30#     You should then see a screen message stating that call display is active.

Try calling that handset from one of your other ones that are included in your contact list.

Tiny correction. It's *#30# and you have to press the call soft key on the phones' dial pad to allow the MMI code to start. A message will appear 'Incoming Caller ID Service is enabled'. Press OK to exit.

After using *#30# it is telling me caller ID is disabled and when I use the code to enable it says that its a connection error or invalid MMI code (I used *30# to try and enable it)

Are you on prepaid? Some MMI codes such as forwarding don't work.

Not it isn't. I will go to a koodo kiosk and see what they say!
