Broken phone, need a new one

Ok I broke my phone today so I need a new one can I just order from here and not mess with my contract?

I can not get answers from the garbage auto system they have.

What do you mean not mess with your contract? You'd have to pay off your current tab (it will go on your next bill) if you have one if you want to get another phone on tab. I'd definitely suggest that given the inflated retail prices Koodo lists.

Unless your current tab is already paid, you may consider, if you can afford to,  buying a phone in a retail store (e.g. Best Buy) or directly from the Google/Apple store.

If you want to save a few bucks, your can try secondcell.ca for a refurb unit. Just pop your current SIM into your “new” phone and no messing with Koodo at all. If there is still a tab balance outstanding, you just continue paying it off as if you were still using the broken phone, no questions asked and perfectly legal.
