Bought LG G5 online, havent recieved any instructions on activation or phone number for creating account, need help?


I recently purchased this phone online from koodo when my other phone was stolen, I haven't received an email for my phones number either. Where would I obtain this information?

Hey Tanner - because you suspended your account when your phone was stolen, you'll need to get the account reinstated in order to get it working again. Phone number will be the same (unless you want to change it). Set-up the new phone (put in the new SIM card, charge it, get it ready to go - and then shoot us a private message on Facebook and an agent can help get you going again.
