Billing me with in having phone for week and a half.

I recently started a plan with Koodo. I then received a bill one and half weeks latter. How can they bill you when then don't know what you are going to use ?

There should be a big splash on the first page of the community with a link to the FAQ saying "IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR FIRST BILL OR CHANGED YOUR PLAN AND IT LOOKS WEIRD, READ THIS"

What these folks are trying to tell you that all companie prorate a bill. Meaning that they bill you in advance. The bill you just got was for the week and a half use and the next month but only your plan not what you used. You bill is just fine.
