billing issues

I have a prepaid account with Koodo. My RBC credit card has been linked to my account for almost 2 years now and I have always been able to top up on the self serve portal. However, today while trying to top up my talk time balance I received an error message saying it is being declined by my card issuer. This is absurd because I JUST used my credit card for another transaction.

Did you make a sucessful transaction before or after you tried with Koodo? You can try again on a different browser, or try clearing your cache and cookies.
seems like a temporary server error.
I tried again right now and it worked without doing anything!
