Billing information

Why am I charged for a full month of additional data and partial month within the same period? I think this is a oversight and needs to be addressed.

Is that your first bill? I'm just a little confused when you say additional data. When you say partial though it sounds like it's a prorated first bill. It's a combination of your first full billing cycle and the initial partial bit. It will be the regular amount at your next bill. If that's the case you haven't been overcharged. Or did you get some sor of data overages show up?
Hi Goran, no this is not my first bill. I did an add on of 1GB for $10.00 per month on June 11. Was charged $10.00 PLUS $6.00 prorated for June.

So on June 11 you were charged up until your bill cycle. Then your charges kicked in for the full month of July.

The add on is. 33 cents per day roughly

So your 6$ charge means June 11 plus 18days to your bill cycle.

Then 10$ for July 29th to August 28th (roughly)

That brings us to 31$ before tax Check your bills summary page to see if there are other charges or overages from last month. Remember that data buckets aren't pro rated (just the add ons) so if you went over before you added the GB there could still be pay per use charges. Hopefully my math is right. I don't normally use the math portion of my brain before I've had coffee and it's 325am here.

Yup that's always how monthly services are billed. Check your other monthly bills and you'll see they bill the next month forward too. 🙂 Glad I could help.
