Billing cycle


I recently got my new phone and loving it! Just some slight confusion... with my data monthly limit, it was automatically set to reset on the 15 of every month... except I just looked at my koodo smart serve app, and it's telling me I have 11 days left in my cycle? I've been very resricting on my data use because I thought I would be going over.. but now idk

There's no other explanaition other than the fact you must have misread or misheard when your billing date was.


If you don't want to go over your data, look at the data usage you see on self-serve
Hard to misread... when it was set up, the change over date for the data was wrong. Buy thanks.

There is only one billing date for your entire plan. Not one for minutes and one for data and one for texting.
