billing cycle


I got a txt at the beginning of jan and feb letting me know my e-bill was ready, but I haven't got one gor this month yet if something wrong with the server? Cause I should of got it either on the 8 or 9?

When does your billing cycle close? Sometimes the system takes more than 3 days to produce the bills and be ready to be viewed, specially when there is a weekend after your billing cycle... Give the system some days, and it will be available for you...!

If you don't receive it after some wait, then call Koodo because there may have been a bug in the system!
