HI,
my bill is due today (February 11th, 2019), it says that cannot process my payment! what do I do? I don't want a late penalty!

Have you tried through *611 with a credit card? Other options are listed here.

How are you trying to pay your bill and what is the exact error you are getting? If you're trying to pay with a credit card through your self serve account, your billing address must match the address of the card.
