billing


my pill is usually 50 dollars a month but it's saying it's almost 65 dollars when I didn't go over anything, I need this fixed this happens every time I pay my bill early.

Have you looked at your pdf ebill to see the details of why your bill is higher?

That seems strange.
I wish I could give you some insight but honestly the only real help you're going to get is from Customer Service at *611 or 1-866-995-6636
They are the only ones with the details on your billing issues.
Head over to self serve for a second first though and see if you can see any data or talking overages that might just answer your question first.
