bill


I have registered other number cell phone about 2 weeks ago.
but, I can't see the number in my koodo online site.
I want to check my bill about other number phone.
and, when can I pay bill?

Hi Sophia (from another Sophia)...

Did you add the number to your account? Then you should receive one bill for both... and both lines should be shown on your invoice. You should be able to see both numbers under "Transaction history", if not, you might have set up two different accounts.

Well usually that is done when you sign up at the store. Did you tell them you already have a line with Koodo?

See if you can save yourself a trip. Send a private message on Koodo’s Facebook or Twitter page explaining the situation with both phone numbers. The reps have access to your account, which we don’t have on this board, and you will avoid waiting on hold in the telephone queue.
