being charged to much, don't know why

i have a plan with 5g internet and unlimited texting, i just got a phone bill and instead of the usual 35 dollars, its now 74 dollars. why am i being over charged?

How are we supposed to know, we can't see your bill. If you want answers from here you'll have to post a pic of your bill minus your personal info. Other than that call Koodo from your mobile phone by dialing *611 or You can reach Customer Service at *611 from your Koodo Mobile phone or toll free at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636). There is no plan with 5g data and unlimited text that I can recall. Grab a screenshot of your bill (minus the personal info) and we'll tell you why it is what you are paying? That said here just a few reasons why your bill maybe different: 1. You didn't pay last month's bill. ($74 makes it sound like you missed a payment) 2. You just changed plan and proration plays a factor. 3. You used more data or minutes than you have available.

Hi Neal, you can find a lot of information on your detailed bill, available online via Self Serve. Log in your account and click on "View your bill. Select the month and the bill will pop up in a new window, on a PDF format. If after checking your bill you feel there is something wrong or you need more info, I suggest that you send us an email via this web form http://koo.do/10znFdG. We'll have a look into it 🙂
