Been with koodo for appr 3 months ,all paid up,now my phone is saying not registered on network.


Been with koodo for appr 3 months ,all paid up,now my phone is saying not registered on network. Already been to the koodo kiosk today but still not working right

What does prepaid self service say? Does your plan show as active?
they took it apart and searched for the network but it stopped working again. plan is active

As you mentioned, you visited Koodo store and the plan was active. So far, the problem could be your phone. What phone is it? What did people at Koodo kiosk say about the phone.
samsung galaxy mini. just started acting like this this morning. Will be going to the kiosk in the morning to try again.

I would suggest you test the SIM in another phone and see if it works.

If the SIM works then the problem came from the phone. If it is under warranty and from Koodo, you could ask Koodo to help you sending to repair.
